Payment via Debit or Credit Card:
The online store of the company CAFE BLUE accepts all Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards, as it uses the online systems of Piraeus Bank and Paypal. Your transactions in our online store are protected by the highest online security systems which guarantee a safe transaction environment. For purchases with your credit card, follow the instructions that will be given to you by Piraeus Bank or Paypal.
Cash on delivery – Payment upon receipt of the order at your place:
Pay the employee of our company or the Courier, upon delivery of your order at your place. The cash on delivery payment method is FREE for Mytilene and Kalloni and at a very small cost (depending on the weight) for all of Greece.
By bank deposit:
Pay your order in advance to one of our bank accounts that will be sent to you by e-mail after your order and send us a copy of the bank payment order to the email info@email.gr or fax 22510 22222. Upon receiving the copy of the bank payment order, we will send you your order.
* In case of bank transfer from another bank, the amount of the bank commission charged to the customer is €3.00
* FOR PAYMENTS FROM ABROAD, the available payment methods are: 1) Piraeus Bank or Paypal, 2) Deposit to a bank account.
Receiving and paying for your order at our company’s store:
In the final stage of completing the order, select “Pick up from store” in the Shipping Method. Your order will remain at our store. The payment for the order will be made at the store’s cashier upon receipt. In case you choose to pay for your order by credit card, we inform you that the charge will be made at the store. You must have your credit card and your ID (or passport) with you when paying for the order at the store’s cashier.
Orders over €500 for individuals and over €1500 for businesses:
According to the current tax provisions, from 03.01.2012, receipts worth over €500 for individuals (Retail Receipt) and receipts worth over €1,500 for professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) must be paid ONLY in the following ways:
• Deposit/transfer to a bank account
• Charge to your credit or debit card
